At BTB Los Angeles, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
